All the butchery is done on-site in the farm shop. The butchery department prepares all the meat into a range of traditional cuts, including joints, stewing and braising meat, mince, sausages and burgers. Increasingly we also prepare a range of simple easy to cook ready meals. The raw meat counter only displays a limited range of items, however other cuts can be prepared while you wait or by pre-order.
At certain times of the year, particularly Easter and Christmas (and most bank holiday weekends) we would advise pre-ordering your meat.
Poultry is not produced on the farm, but we have a few local suppliers of poultry offering free-range or barn reared options.
